Make a fun DIY toy with this digital laser cut file!

The fourth project in a series with one main module and many additional modules. Interchangeable options: barrel, silencer, buttstock, magazine for ammo, optical sight, additional handle on the bottom, bipod..

Suitable for cutting into GLOWFORGE!

Full length is 780mm (30.7 inch)!

– 260mm * 130mm (10.2inch * 5.1inch) – (basic module of sniper rifle)
– 290mm * 56mm (11.4inch * 2.2inch) – (barrel of sniper rifle)

This Glowforge file allows you to make a rubber band shooter – a sniper rifle for launching rubber bands. Perfect for weekend projects, kids workshops, gifts and fun for the whole family.

To connect and correctly position the layers together, I use toothpicks (hole diameter 1.8mm)
For the rotation axes of the cross and the trigger, I used bamboo kebab skewers with a diameter of 3mm.

Pre-glue the trigger from two identical parts.

During assembly, minor grinding (exterior parts) and gluing (trigger) may be required.
